Our vision is to create a system that integrates the needs of businesses, consumers, and institutions.

For our country and for Italian manufacturing, this will be crucial to avoid passively watching the growing attack on leading industries.

Mario Peserico

INDICAM President

Born in Milan on December 16, 1965. Since 2002, General Manager of Eberhard & Co. and CEO of Eberhard Italia Spa.

Institutional roles:
From 2005 to March 2023, President of Assorologi (a trade association representing manufacturers and importers of watches and watchmaking supplies).
Since 2022, President of the Permanent Committee of European Watchmaking (CPHE), a European body that fosters relations between the EU and Swiss delegations.
Since October 2013, President of INDICAM.
From November 2013 to March 2023, Vice President of Unione Confcommercio Milano (the representative body of Milan's trade, tourism, and services businesses) with responsibility for security, illegal activity, and counterfeiting.
Since 2021, Vice President of the Swiss Chamber (Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Italy).
Member of the Boards of Directors of Erion Compliance Organization, Erion Energy and CAPAC (Politecnico del Commercio).

Juna Shehu

INDICAM General Director

She completed her university studies in Law, earned her lawyer's degree, and worked for several years in law firms before entering the industrial world, initially as an in-house lawyer and later as head of the Group Legal Department. During her ten-year experience, developed within a multinational group operating in the high-end furniture sector, she focused primarily on intellectual and industrial property issues, commercial contracts, and corporate compliance management.
Institutional Roles:
After serving as a Member of the INDICAM Board of Directors from October 2015 to January 2021, she has now led the association as General Director since April 2022.
Since 2024, she has been Vice President of GAGC

STATUTE

We promote research, study, and analysis to understand, define, and combat intellectual and industrial property infringement.

In support of intellectual and industrial property

The Association promotes initiatives and projects to support the protection of intellectual and industrial property, including through dialogue with institutions and international collaboration. It fosters the exchange of information among its members, conducts awareness-raising, information, and training activities, and supports the dissemination of tools and technologies to combat counterfeiting, unfair competition, free-riding, and ambush marketing.

GENDER EQUALITY

INDICAM promotes gender equality in the workplace.

Our organization intends to ensure gender equality in the presence and professional growth of women within the organization.
To this end, it intends to enhance the diversity present in the roles within the organization and to maintain processes capable of developing female empowerment in business activities.
In the process of achieving and maintaining this goal, the organization focuses its efforts on the following areas established by the UNI/PdR 125:2022 guidelines.

Gender Equality Policy

Gender equality is a concept introduced in 2000 with the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the
European Union. The concept has expanded over the years and was implemented in 2020 by the
European Commission with the Gender Equality Strategy 2020-2025, which also includes Goal 5 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), aimed at achieving gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls.
