INDICAM aims to be a hub of expertise, a source of information and discussion on IP and the fight against counterfeiting, promoting a culture of original purchasing. This goal is achieved through the activities implemented by INDICAM or conducted in collaboration with various stakeholders who are crucial to the effectiveness and efficiency of the association's work.
Lobbyng & Advocacy Activity
The Association acts as a privileged interlocutor with institutions due to its expertise, vision, and role, serving as the point of contact and best representative between companies and rights.
Indicam has engaged with institutions for years, participating in joint actions aimed at protecting the market. The association responsibly offers authorities its expertise, its wealth of industry information, and its sentiment on the topic, which is constantly monitored in conjunction with consumer associations.
Indicam’s work is carried out in close synergy with the various relevant ministries, which are the first point of contact whenever the Association identifies projects, opportunities, and methods that can be shared.

Working groups
INDICAM Working Groups are discussion and in-depth discussions dedicated to the main issues of intellectual property and the fight against counterfeiting. They bring together members interested in specific thematic areas to share experiences, analyze regulatory developments, and identify joint initiatives. The groups meet periodically throughout the year according to a schedule defined based on each group’s activities and objectives.
