We are proud to announce that INDICAM has actively participated and collaborated with sister associations in drafting the Joint Statement for the inclusion of Intellectual Property Crime as a priority in the EU Commission’s EMPACT 2026-2029 policy cycle.

We firmly believe that strengthening international cooperation and bringing urgent intellectual property issues to the forefront of the European Union’s agenda is crucial. By working together, we can more effectively address these challenges and uphold the principles of innovation, creativity, and fairness across the EU.
